Prokope is a training app: you tell it about your body, your equipment, and your workouts, and it writes your sessions. That only works if you trust us with that data, so this page says plainly what we collect, where it lives, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what the app needs to program your training, we don’t run ads, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t use third-party analytics or trackers.
What we collect
Account. Your email address and a password. Authentication is handled by Supabase (our database and authentication provider); your password is stored by Supabase in hashed form — we never see or store the plain text.
Profile and body data. What you enter during onboarding and in Settings: display name, date of birth, biological sex, height, bodyweight entries, training experience, goals, preferred training frequency and session length, injuries you flag, exercises you exclude, and the equipment available at your training locations. The algorithm uses this to write and adapt your sessions — that is its only purpose here.
Training data. The workouts you log: exercises, sets, reps, weights, session dates, your daily readiness check-ins (sleep, energy, soreness), and the recovery and progress numbers the engine derives from them.
Feedback (optional). If you use the feedback bubble, we store your message plus context that helps us fix things: the page you were on, your browser’s user-agent string, viewport size, device type, and the app version. If you’re signed in, the feedback is linked to your account; if you’re signed out, adding an email is optional.
That’s the list. We don’t collect your precise location, your contacts, or anything from other apps.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored with Supabase, a managed cloud database provider (EU/US cloud infrastructure). Access is protected by row-level security: each account can only read and write its own rows.
The app itself is served through Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes the technical request data needed to deliver the site (such as IP addresses) as part of operating its network.
Some things stay on your device only: your login session, display preferences (like kg/lbs), and your daily check-in answers are kept in your browser’s local storage so the app works smoothly. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
The one AI feature, exactly
Prokope has a single feature that talks to an AI provider: the natural-language equipment parser. When you type a free-text description of your equipment (for example, “two 16 kg kettlebells and a pull-up bar”), that text — and only that text — is sent to our AI provider (MiniMax) to interpret it into structured equipment entries. Nothing else you do in the app is sent to an AI provider: not your profile, not your workouts, not your feedback.
Please don’t type personal information into the equipment box — it isn’t needed there, and text entered in that box leaves our infrastructure as described above.
What we don't do
No ads. No selling or renting your data — to anyone, ever. No third-party analytics or tracking scripts (we checked: the app ships none). No marketing emails — the only emails you’ll get are the account ones (email confirmation, password reset), sent via Supabase.
Your data, your choices
You can view and edit your profile, injuries, equipment, and history in the app at any time. If you want a copy of your data or want your account and its data deleted, email tyler109j@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it. (A self-serve export/delete flow is on the roadmap; until it ships, deletion is handled by hand, promptly.)
Honesty about our stage
Prokope is in active development, and this policy describes the app as it is today. If we ever add something that changes how your data is handled — a new integration, a new data type — we’ll update this page and change the date at the top before it ships.
